These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the social networking dinner meet ("Event") organized by TAIN EVENINGS ("Organizer"). By registering and signing up to attend the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Event Registration
- Registration Process: All guests must register for events through the TAIN Evenings platform (app or website). Registration is subject to approval.
- Registration Fees: Registration fees will vary depending on the event and membership status. Details will be provided at the time of registration.
- Limited Availability: Events have limited capacity. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Code of Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. This includes refraining from inappropriate language, harassment, or any other behavior that may disrupt the event.
- Smart Attire: Guests are encouraged to adhere to the dress code.
- No Solicitation: Solicitation of business or products is strictly prohibited at TAIN Evenings events.
3. Privacy and Consent
- Data Collection: TAIN Evenings collects personal information from guests as part of the registration process. This information will be used to facilitate event participation and communication.

- Consent: By registering for an event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Photography and Recording: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. The videos and images will be used at the discretion of the team.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
- Organizer's Rights: TAIN Evenings reserves the right to modify or cancel any event for any reason.
- Notification: Guests will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
- Refunds: If an event is canceled, guests may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.
5. Registration Fee
- Non-Refundable: The registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be refunded once paid.
- Payment in Full: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure online payment gateway.
- Fee Changes: TAIN Evenings reserves the right to modify the membership fee at any time. However, any changes will not affect existing members until the renewal of their membership.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged in addition to the membership fee.
6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
Members with dietary restrictions or allergies should inform the Organizer during registration. While the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, it cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
7. Health and Safety
- Guidelines: Members should follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the Organizer, government, or the event venue.
- Personal Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own health and well-being during the Event.
8. Liability
- Third-Party Services: TAIN EVENINGS is not responsible for any third-party services, including the quality of services or goods offered by participating F&B establishments.
- Force Majeure: The platform shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill the services outlined in these terms if caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All content and materials provided by TAIN Evenings are protected by copyright law.
- Prohibited Use: Any materials or content presented during the Event are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Termination of Participation
- Violation of Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the participation of any attendee who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.
- Misconduct: Misbehavior or any misconduct will result in immediate termination, for which the membership fees will be forfeited or handled at the discretion of the management.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships or event participation.
11. Changes to Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Event website or notifying members.
12. Membership Terms
- Agreement: By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Disagreement: If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.
- Membership Benefits: Membership benefits include priority access to three events, discounts, exclusive offers with our partners, and access to the TAIN Evenings community.
- Membership Duration: Memberships are valid for one year.
- Membership Renewal: Memberships may be renewed automatically or upon request.
13. Corporate Membership
- Corporate Membership: Companies may purchase corporate memberships to provide their employees with access to TAIN Evenings events.
- Corporate Benefits: Corporate members may receive additional benefits, such as discounts or customized event packages.
14. Inviting Rules
When inviting a guest to a social networking event, members must ensure that their invitees follow the rules and regulations laid forward by the management.
15. Confirmation Rules
- Attendance Confirmation: Guests are requested to confirm their attendance by a specific date.
- Confirmation Emails: Guests will receive confirmation emails upon successful registration.
- Event Details: Confirmation emails will include important event details, such as date, time, location, and dress code.
16. Membership Overview
- Agreement: By purchasing a membership of TAIN EVENINGS, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
- Benefits: Membership includes access to exclusive discounts at selected Food & Beverage (F&B) establishments, as well as access to three dinners at premium venues across the country.
- Membership Fee: The membership fee is ₹30,000 plus GST, which may be subject to change in the future.
- Validity: Membership is valid for a period of one year and is non-transferable.
17. Membership Benefits
- Members are entitled to access discounts at selected F&B establishments across the country.
- Members are eligible for three exclusive dinners at premium venues, subject to availability and pre-booking.
- The selection of venues and discounts offered may change without prior notice, and TAIN EVENINGS LLP holds no responsibility for such changes.
- The benefits of membership cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
18. Use of the Platform
- Platform Access: Guests must have a valid TAIN Evenings account to access the platform and register for events.
- Platform Use: Guests agree to use the platform in accordance with TAIN Evenings' terms of use.
19. Changes to Membership
- Modifications: TAIN EVENINGS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership, including benefits and discounts, with prior notice to members.
- Communication: Any changes to the terms of membership will be communicated via email or through the online platform. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
- Membership Upgrades: Members may upgrade their membership to a higher tier for an additional fee.
- Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the Membership Terms section.
